We
are a small and friendly Pre-School http://www.gravenhurstpreschool.org.uk/
currently operating from our new
purpose built building within the woodland grounds of Gravenhurst
Lower School, just a short drive from Campton and Shefford and only
10 minutes from Ampthill. The Pre-School benefits from small group
sizes and enclosed garden allowing access to free flow play. We are
run by a committee of enthusiastic parents, fantastic play leader and assistants
who ensure that our children are learning through play.
We were inspected by Ofsted in 2010 and for the 4th time in a row we were
judged as *outstanding. *Our thanks go to all the staff who made this
possible as it is quite an achievement.
Children are welcome from 2 years 6 months to 5 years for the preschool and
up to 12 for the out of school club.
We are able to offer wrap-around care from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday during
term time, using long standing core staff to create a secure and
stimulating environment.
We filter both Gravenhurst (www.gravenhurst.beds.sch.uk),
and Campton (http://www.campton.beds.sch.uk)
and also have children who attend Shillington Lower School.
Transport is available during various times for wrap around care
and parents without transport wishing to
use the Pre-school.

During 2011 we will be offering childcare from 8am- 4pm on the following
days:
School closure days - 26 April 11, 1st July
Easter holidays - 11th April - 15th April.
Summer holidays - 25th July - 12th August
