Bartlette, 4th Dan Black Belt and I run the Shefford
and Stondon
Taekwon-do Martial arts schools, which has been running since June
2005. The
classes are at Samuel Whitbread School Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 and
Stondon village
hall Friday 7:00-8:00, we do a demo at the Shefford Gala every
year to
show what Taekwon-do is all about.
The
benefits are
multiple; it helps to build self-discipline and confidence, which are
important
life skills, provides skills in self defence to protect from bullying
and
street crime and gives children focus and direction in their out of
school
